It's super simple and very tasty.
Recipe
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 – 1/2 cup milk [I did soy]
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Peanut butter
It was easy and made waking up that much better (sleep in). I put everything in a peanut butter jar and left it in the fridge overnight. Very nutritious and it actually kept me full for about 4 hours. It's a great time saver if you remember to make it at night =)
Sorry my final picture is blurry. I forgot to take it till half way through with my breakfast =)
