I tried a simple chicken recipe and used the broiler for the first time. I did the recipe entitled "Grilled or Broiled Boneless Chicken" on Page 641. I am not sure I used the broiler correctly because it took much longer to cook than Bittman states in the recipe. The final product tasted good and I would try this recipe again.
