Crackers

Crackers (pg 848), a great snack food, was my choice for this week. It seemed simple enough, with only 3 ingredients listed in the recipe, but I added garlic and some herbs. However, the cracker dough was remarkably stiff, so it was really hard to roll out. I was not able to get my crackers very thin. While the crackers were good I would say that the effort expended was not really worth the result. I plan to continue buying my crackers. -Deidra A
