Simple Scrambled Egggs

For my first recipe, I thought I would try an easy breakfast dish. I selected the "Everyday Scrambled Eggs" recipe on Page 792. I followed the recipe as written except for the sole addition of spinach. I think the final product came out well. It tasted well and I would cook this recipe again.
