Eggs for Breakfast! :)

Medium-Boiled Eggs-
I love everything about breakfast! I consider myself to be pretty experienced in cooking various breakfast meals, especially eggs. Therefore, I thought it would be interesting to see if anything changed in the way my eggs turned out if I used Bittman's instructions/recipes. It was pretty well; however, I like the way my fried eggs turn out using my own techniques. I also added some shredded Parmesan cheese to the top of my eggs, and the left over salsa from last weeks lab, to give it a little more flavor!
