Yummy Brussel Sprouts!

This week I thought I'd try to cook some brussel sprouts. I like ordering them at a restaurant so I thought I'd try at home now. The recipe is on page 271-272. I think they came out great. I snacked on them all day with enough left over for the rest of the week. Also, they were on sale since I guess they are a winter vegetable according to the Seward Co-Op. When I do this recipe again, I will reduce the time the sprouts spent in the oven. They came out a little too brown/crunchy.
