Kale with Sausage and Grapes

This week, I decided to make Broccoli Raab with Sausage and Grapes (Bittman p. 269). Since I couldn't find broccoli raab, I used kale instead. It worked out great! I also used ground sausage instead of links. My favorite addition was the pecorino cheese...it made it super yummy! I loved combination of  the bitterness of the kale, saltiness of the sausage, and the sweetness of the grapes.
