Cheese Triangles

I decided I loved the recipe in class and wanted to try one of the adaptations for our Easter meal. I chose the phyllo triangles with cheese on page 110 of Bittman's textbook. I ended up mixing all adaptations together to get one massive delicious end product. I took out the dill and nutmeg and did thyme instead. And I added pecorino, and romano to the ricotta and feta, it turned out to be a very cheesy dish. I got nothing but compliments from my family during Easter about these cheesy triangles.
