Chocolate Chip Cookies

This weekend I decided to make an old favorite and try out the recipe for chocolate chip cookies. Chocolate chip cookies were the first thing I ever learned to make, besides cereal or toast. I would make them all the time when friends came over or when I felt like giving my family a treat. I put my little apron and baker's hat on and got to work. I was lucky enough that if I made the dessert, my dad would clean the dishes :)  (He doesn't do that for me anymore... thats allll on me now!)

I made these with two of my friends, and they had a little too much fun with the mixing!

They turned out deliciously and everyone loved them! It brought back the good old days of baking cookies with my neighborhood friends.
