For a very cold and gloomy day, I decided a nice snack for studying would be cinnamon toast and a glass of cold milk. The recipe is found on page 753(soft cover) and calls for making it the old-fashioned way which is using a toaster oven or broiler. Since I do not own a toaster oven I used my broiler to toast it. Also I used sugar and ground cinnamon together to make cinnamon sugar- so EASY!! And I used some high quality, thick white bread as well! The recipe estimated 5 minutes, but it took much longer than that, so not the quickest snack to make, but it sure did taste great!!
