Banana Bread



This week I mad Banana bread. The recipe I used can be found on pages 842-843. I had A lot of fun making banana bread this week with my friend. Overall it was pretty good. I feel It could have been less dry and more sweet but the crust turned out amazingly. This took about 15 minutes to prep and about an hour in the oven. Overall I would recommend the recipe
