Simple Omelet


This week I had very little time for trying new recipes so I decided to perfect an old favorite of mine: The Omelet. Before today I would always add ingredients to scrambled eggs and call it good enough to be an omelet, but today I actually attempted to make it the "right" way.  The recipe I used can be found on page 802. Over all it was pretty easy, although it did not turn out looking the best. When I make an omelet again I will be sure to have things other than cheese to put in it. I really enjoyed how filling this recipe was. It was a great way to start the day. I look forward to trying more recipes like it in the future!.
