Marinade and Vinaigrette

(had no internet access at mi abuela's casa this weekend, so sorry)

This weekend I decided to create my own dressing and realized how easy a dressing can become a marinated sauce for salmon. My grandma cooked salmon while I made the marinade on page 25, that consisted of:

Soy sauce
Rice Vinegar
Sesame Oil
Honey! (substitute for ginger)
Brown Sugar (substitute for sugar)
ginger





In addition, I made a side salad with mixed organic greens and a vinaigrette:

honey
raseberry vinegar
olive oil



for a crunch, I added pumpkin seeds! the finishing tasted delicious!
