Tomato Sauce with Fresh Basil

 
I decided to make spaghetti with tomato sauce this week from Bittman pg 502.
(Tomato Sauce with Fresh Herbs)
 
 
Sauteed the onions and garlic.
 
 
 Blended the tomatoes and garlic together.

 Let the mixture simmer to concentrate the flavor.
 
And it turned out way better than I thought it would. I would add more garlic and oregano next time. The garlic toast complimented the sauce well :)
