Cream Puffs

This week I was looking for a fun dessert to make. While I was looking through Bittman I found a recipe for cream puffs! You can find this recipe on page 942 and 943. This recipe Took about an hour to make. I found it interesting that the Cream Puffs got so large on their own with out the aid of baking soda. I was also surprised that that they cooked in the over for forty minuets. the cream filling was kind of hard to make and was difficult to strain. Overall I enjoyed this recipe.
