Homemade Tiramisu

This week I decided to do a real challenge , or at least I thought. One of my friends came into town and I told him about this class and asked him what he wanted to make. Kind of as a joke he sounded very excited and said  tiramisu! Not thinking I was going to even attempt it he was surprised when I consented and said "sure, why not." I was really amazed by how easy it was to make. It only took about a half hour and then two hours to chill in the refrigerator.
