Mashed Baked Potatoes

I am not sure if week need to do a blog post considering it is spring break, but since I made food to eat this week I decided it would be easy enough to take a few pictures of it. For one of my meals this week I made salmon and mashed baked potatoes. The potatoes were very easy to make and the recipe can be found in Bittman page 339. This recipe took a little bit longer because you needed to bake the potatoes first, the whole processes took about an hour. I made this meal for myself and 4 other friends and they all thought the potatoes were a bit hit!
