Peanutbutter Cup Bars

This week I didn't have a ton of time to cook but I really wanted to bring a baked good on my skiing trip. I was looking for something that was fast and east and then I came across this recipe. Many people believe that baking is always complicated and a long drawn out process. These bars took about 5mins to make and 20 mins to bake in the oven.
